Pancakes. Gluten Free, Animal Free, Sugar Free.


1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
3/4 cup vanilla rice milk
1 heaping TBSP Natural, unsweetened apple sauce
1 TBSP vegetable oil
Real Maple Syrup
Vegan butter (if desired)

Mix ingredients well and cook just like you would any regular pancakes.

I only posted this because I was surprised that they were good. It's a nice change from the typical breakfasts on my cleanse for a lazy Saturday morning!
